BENEFIT STRUCTURE FOR THE 2008-2009 BALTIMORE OPERA COMPANY PATRON PROGRAM
All benefits are cumulative.
Basic Membership: $100-$349 a year.
- Free subscription to Fanfare! newsletter
- Invitation to the Annual Meeting of the Baltimore Opera Company
Patron: $350-$599 a year. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Special season preview CD
- Listing in all opera performance programs
Supporting Patron: $600-$1,249 a year. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Dress Rehearsal passes for one opera (upon request, restrictions apply)
- Opera Companion Handbook
- Card membership to VIP Intermission at Casa Michele
Sustaining Patron: $1,250 - $2,499 a year. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Free, reserved parking for all operas
- Eligibility for Gala Saturday Preferred Orchestra seating
- Complimentary Coat Checks
Director's Circle: $2,500- $4,999 a year. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Dress Rehearsal passes an additional opera (total of two operas upon request, restrictions apply)
- Special invitation to one “Reach for the Stars” Dinner
Includes: cocktail reception, sumptuous dinner, dessert and entertainment - Invitations to two Gala Receptions (Opening Nights only)
- Invitation to Gleniffer dinner at the home of Michael Harrison
Star Circle: $5000- $9,999 a year. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Two Dress passes for an additional opera (total of three operas)
- Special invitation to an additional “Reach for the Stars” Dinner (total of two)
- Keepsake photo-op with an Opera Star of your choice at One Star Dinner
(at request; Photo will be forwarded to donor) - Invitations to three post-performance receptions (Opening nights only)
Chairman's Circle: $10,000- $24,999 a year. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Designation as a Performance Underwriter (at this level only)
- Dress passes to all season productions
- Special Invitation to an exclusive “Reach for the Stars” Dinner for patrons at this level and above (total of three)
- Invitations to four post-performance receptions (Opening nights only)
- Invitation to a Trustee meeting at the home of Michael Harrison followed by a Dinner Reception where you can interact with BOC Board Members
- Pictorial recognition in the performance program
- Surtitle recognition
- Special recognition gift
Impresario Circle: $25,000- $49,999: All benefits listed above, plus:
- Designation as a Production Underwriter (At this level and above)
- Fanfare title page acknowledgement of Underwriting Gift
- Invitation for two (2) to be Michael Harrison’s guest at pre-opera dinner at Casa Michele
- Exclusive invitation for dinner and musicale at Gleniffer, the home of General Director Michael Harrison
- Special recognition gift
Maestro Society: $50,000- $99,999. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Acknowledgement and recognition in the program and surtitles as Season Underwriter
- Portrait for donor Wall of Fame
Medici Society: $100,000 and above. All benefits listed above, plus:
- Personal recognition from the Lyric Opera House stage by the General Director
Those entitled to benefits for Supporting Patron and higher may purchase additional tickets to Gala Champagne Receptions for $30 per person. Please note that ADMISSION WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED, no exceptions.
YOUR GIFT ENTITLES YOU TO BENEFITS FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE GIFT DATE.
Donors at all levels may choose to refuse all or any benefits to increase the deductibility of their gifts. Acceptance of some benefits will result in a reduction of deductibility regardless of whether they are used or not (to avoid a reduction, any refused coupons must be also returned in the enclosed self-addressed envelope).
